Resource Mobilisation & Partners

A sustainability strategy to protect EJ’s legacy, strengthen feminist leadership, and expand movement-building across generations.

Sustainability Strategy

Why Resource Mobilisation Matters

The Everjoice Jeketa Win (EJW) Foundation honours EJ’s life and political imagination through feminist leadership, mentorship, convenings, and living memory. To protect this work from short-term cycles and funding uncertainty, we are building a resilient, values-aligned sustainability model.

Our approach

We diversify funding, strengthen trust-based partnerships, and invest in long-term movement infrastructure — so feminist leadership can thrive.

What we are sustaining

  • Feminist leadership development and cross-generational mentorship.
  • Annual EJ convenings, lectures, and movement dialogues.
  • Legacy work: archives, storytelling, reflections, and living memory.
  • Learning resources that support feminist practice and political education.

Sustainability Strategy

Three pillars to build long-term resilience and scale the Foundation’s work with integrity.

EJW Endowment Fund

A long-term stability mechanism to protect the Foundation’s core work. The endowment helps ensure EJ’s legacy is not dependent on short funding cycles, enabling consistent investment in leadership, mentorship, and memory.

Long-term stability · Ethical stewardship · Intergenerational impact

Grants & Institutional Partnerships

We collaborate with aligned institutions to strengthen programmes, deepen feminist practice, and build learning resources. Partnerships are grounded in shared values and trust-based working.

Trust-based partnerships · Programme support · Learning & convening

Feminist Philanthropy & Social Enterprise

We explore ethical, mission-aligned income streams that strengthen movement infrastructure — such as branded publications, training programmes, and learning products that reinvest into the Foundation’s work.

Founding Partners / Patrons

We are currently engaging with a number of institutions, organisations and individuals who share the values and legacy of Everjoice Jeketa Win.

The Everjoice Jeketa Win Foundation is building a strong network of aligned partners across the feminist movement, academia, philanthropy, and civil society. Founding partners and patrons will be formally announced once current partnership discussions are concluded.

If your organisation would like to collaborate in advancing feminist leadership, justice, and movement building, we welcome conversations.

Partner With Us

We welcome partnerships that strengthen feminist leadership, expand learning spaces, and protect movement memory. Whether you are a university, foundation, NGO, feminist fund, or aligned institution, we can collaborate in ways that feel practical, respectful, and visionary.

Partnership pathways

  • Support the EJW Endowment Fund or a long-term sustainability commitment.
  • Co-fund or sponsor fellowships, mentorship circles, and leadership learning.
  • Support the Annual EJ Convening & Lecture and movement dialogues.
  • Invest in legacy & archives — the infrastructure of memory.
  • Collaborate on publications, training, and feminist learning resources.
